- Start with a red lip liner, like Kryolan red lip liner. Color in your entire lip; don’t just line it.
- Go over the lip liner with a red lip stain to hold the color better. Try Covergirl’s, #402.
- Finish your lip off with a great red lipstick, like MAC’s Rapteshush.
- Make it pop! Go in with your concealer (or foundation), and line the outside of your lips. This will not only make the color pop, it will allow you to make sure your lips are colored perfectly. If you use concealer, you might need to go back in with your foundation to blend it together.
